All I could say is raya means nothing.Yes,NOTHING. People ask for forgiveness on that day. And the best part is,people dying to buy new clothes,new car,new everything lah. They wouldn't mind if their salary for this month were finish. In Islam,we are told to calebrate Eid,but does Islam told you to waste money?
You buy all the things that you don't need like new expansive gold bracelet,new car etc etc.
What I hate about Raya is people pretending to be nice and suave,but behind our back,they talk shits about us.
I've been in that kind of situation and I hate it. Why must you become a hypocrite? why must you ask for forgiveness eventhough you never meant to? Please lah. You guys make me sick!
The other thing is kids and adults playing firecrackers like they have no brains or something. They already know that firecrackers are illegal and they still plays with them. They knew that firecrackers can cause them to lose fingers,eyes,and their skin. You ask for it kan? How does it feel when you've got no fingers left and blind? It feels good kan? It's too late to regret. Just pray that your fingers will grow magically.
Please,stop wasting your money,energy,lives. Celebrate them moderately. :)
ps: There's a guy/girl telling me that I should respect Raya. I do respect Hari Raya. MAYBE he/she got it wrong. This entry is about the THINGS that I hate during Hari Raya,NOT I HATE HARI RAYA.haha I'm a Muslim too and I do celebrate Hari Raya, but NOT as I mentioned above. HAHA
